This consists of walking, jogging, running, biking, using an elliptical machine, kickboxing, dancing, or any aerobic activity that will get your heart rate elevated. Cardiovascular exercise strengthens your heart, burns calories, and greatly contributes to you getting the body that you’ve always wanted.
