Increase Vitamin C intake. Some studies have revealed that increasing the intake of Vitamin C in your food supplements might prevent those stretch marks from appearing on your body.

 

If you are someone who doesn’t mind going that extra mile for treatment, pulsed dye laser treatment (for early marks) and fractional laser treatment (for matured marks) can be the perfect solution. The costs are high but the results are favorable as well. If nothing works, then there are known surgeries as well to cure stretch marks.
